About Total Wellness IHR24 - 360
At Total Wellness 360, we created a space to slow down and reset. Through yoga and mindful movement classes, plus wellness support, we help you feel more grounded, less stressed, and more like yourself—one small step at a time.

The Decompression Station
A dedicated space to let go of the day's weight. Experience a moment of true stillness designed to decompress the body and quiet the mind.
Energy Renewal Room
Restore your natural vibrancy. This room focuses on gentle, grounding frequencies and gemstone warmth to help you feel recharged and balanced.
Red Light Zen Stack
The ultimate restorative layer. We combine the calming atmosphere of our studio with soothing light to support your body’s natural rhythm.
The Open 360 Studio
The heart of our space. A bright, welcoming area for mindful movement, yoga, and finding your center amidst the busyness of life.

Directions: Come through the main entrance of the Sportsplex and turn left. We are the first door on the left as soon as you walk in.
